With over 15 years of industry experience and deep ties to the Newark community, Javier leads with integrity, insight, and an unwavering commitment to service.

Manager
RoseMarie is the heart of CHIA’s operations. With over eight years of experience as CHIA’s Contracting Specialist, she keeps everything running smoothly so clients and partners can feel confident and cared for. She is also a trusted Insurance Advisor, helping clients understand their options and make the best decisions for their needs.
